Feels great when using for rows and Landmine exercises. Grips the bar and doesn't scratch h it up at all! When done with the set it stays on the bar. I tried 2 other models by other companies and this is the ONLY one that worked and was accurate in description 100%!

I like that when you attach this to the barbell and adjust the grip to the barbell it stays in place and you don't have to readjust after each set. This is a great item to add to your arsenal of equipment to your home gym.

I would give five stars if the bar had a lock out on it. It's not enjoyable trying to hold the handles away from each other under a load.
