SHOULD HAVE USED THIS SOONER, MISSED THE RETURN WINDOW BY 2 DAYS! WOULD NEVER HAVE BELIEVED OPENING A CAN COULD BE SUCH A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE... NEEDLESS TO SAY SOMETHING IS OFF WITH THE ANGLE AND IT WOULD NOT STAY ON ANY CAN I TRIED , FRUSTRATING TRYING TO REAPPLY TO CAN OVER AND OVER AND SPILL CONTENTS EVERYWHERE. TRIED ON SEVERAL CANS ... Well-made, but can be difficult to remove the lids after cutting through the metal.
It's sturdy and cuts cleanly without the need to apply much pressure, but it's still a bit difficult to use. It cuts through the metal in a way that leaves the lid flat, and still firmly stuck inside the can, rather than popping it up an angle as my old opener did. On the one hand, this makes it safer to use, helping prevent injuries. However, it also makes it difficult to pop up the lid and remove it from the can. The line cut through the metal by the opener is so narrow that it's also difficult to fit a knife inside to pry off the lid once you are done opening a can.
