I love my barn doors. They’re easy to put together once you look at the demo video on Amazon. I purchased two doors for my double doors which is my coat closet . For the price these are beautiful quality doors

First I'd like to send a shout out to this sellers customer service. When the dour arrived and we unpacked it the 2 tall sides rails had damage. I messaged the seller and they sent out new rails that day. When we started to put the door together we noticed a spacer and lag bolt were missing. I contacted the seller again and they shipped right out. Only thing I will say is that there were no directions in the box. We watched a video on YouTube and it was very easy to assemble. Door is very well made, heavy and love the pvc coating don't need to paint or stain it. If I had another place to put another barndoor I would buy another one of these.

This was my second barn door I purchased recently. Decided to save a little money and go with a slightly less costly door. That was my first mistake. You get what you pay for rings true here.1. Box arrived pretty mangled and there was some damage to some of the panels. Fortunately I was able to fix and hide the damage.2. NO instructions but for one piece of paper showing the parts and sort of how the door slab itself goes together. Nothing regarding the hardware or mounting instructions.3. The handle has no holes drilled for mounting the handle, I guess I’m just going to have to figure out where it goes and drill them myself.4. The angled slats are supposed to stick on with an adhesive strip but they don’t stay on. They all fell off after about 5 minutes. I will have to glue them on with something else.5. The fitment of the panels is not great. There are gaps and misalignment causing a slightly unfinished look.The problem with buying something like this that has issues is that you don’t find out the issues until you build it and then they want you to un assemble it, rebox it in a mangled box and take it to UPS… IMPOSSIBLE to do by yourself.Hopefully my handyman that’s coming to install it won’t have any issues.I would NOT buy this door again.

Some of the instructions are a bit confusing & there are no instructions on putting the handle on. But we needed a door for a space where a normal door didn't make sense & we absolutely love how it turned out! The door is absolutely stunning! It's easy enough to slide open and shut that our toddler has no issue with it!

Doors are a little darker than we expected but we love it. Easy assembly which is wonderful. Only thing I would complain about is the panels that go diagonally on the doors. They are only stuck on by two little strips ours has fallen off multiple times. We are currently trying to figure out a way for them to stick permanently. Over all the doors are great I would buy again if they figure out a way for the boards to stick better.

Update 3-15 new door came Thank you! Update 2-24. For people that dont understand instructions check youtube dont let that stop you. Silly. The company has reached out and going to warrenty all items even though we missed the return period. They are replacing the broken and wrong items. When I receive the items i will update to 5 stars. ANY COMPANY willing to waranty their items 100% deserves 5 stars. That is a better response than any other complaints I have had with sellers on Amazon. In construction, things happen so righting an honest error deserves 5 stars. OLD POST... We ordered matching mdf doors. We recieved one stained and one mdf. The do not match. The stained door is incredibly sloppy and the mdf door has cross slats that are adhesive. They do not stick. Im not done. Neither handle works. One is stripped and one is bent. We cannot return the doors because we didn't install them within a month. Omg terrible terrible choice.

This door is beautiful and was easy to install!! It is a solid door.

We bought 2 of Elephant Gray Knotty barn doors. Note the word Knotty. The instructions are horrible. Video moves so fast and not very detailed as to what slat goes where. They could add that the flat pieces go on the on 4 ends. You'rer welcome. 😁 Once we figured it out, we loved the doors. Hardware seems solid and the doors are too after putting in the screws to pull the wood together, which is why some of the videos you see they are falling out. I believe that is human error for not tightening them all the way. They say the holes are pre-drilled, which they are but on the cross slats that go on the outside of the door they are not fully drilled thru the holes. With that said 2 holes were in the Knotty part so when we drilled the rest of the hole out it split. We need 2 of the D1 or D2's can't really tell by the lazy/horrible instructions. Tried to find a customer service # on Amazon couldn't find anything anywhere. After going back and forth with Amazon they said they could replace it. Really it took a lot of work to put together we are not going to take it apart to send it back. Wonder why they can't contact the company just to see if we can get the 2 replacement parts. What good is Amazon if they can't contact them or help a customer? Then Amazon told me they couldn't help me because it was a third-party seller. Would I buy these again no and I wouldn't recommend them either because of the horrible instructions and no way to get a hold of the company. Thye could also add the same color stickers, or the screws colors really stick out and make the door look cheap. I think I'm done with my rant now, good luck if you buy these. I tried to support an American company but that didn't work out for me. Guess I will be looking elsewhere for the thigs I want to order.
