Don't waste your money on product which doesn't work and a seller who doesn't care.....
Very very disappointed both in the product - which doesn't work!- and in the dreadful customer service. I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement to my complaint 5 days ago. The product arrived and looked lovely - very pleased with appearance. I put in the battery and all looked great - the clock worked perfectly whilst it was horizontal. It was only after I hung it on the wall.....which is where I naively though a wall clock should go!- that I noticed the clock mechanism on the back was not centred properly. Therefore it will not hand straight on the wall. I tried to correct the problem by using blu-tac but once the clock is hanging straight, the hands can't defy the force of gravity and complete a rotation so the clock won't work. Although I had to pay for the postage because this wasn't eligible for Amazon Prime, I was prepared to pay again to return it but I have had absolutely no response from the seller. So I am not happy at al - a complete waste of money!

Not good quality
The slate was beautiful, the hands on the clock were so soft metal they were bent and wouldn't go round, that could have been sorted though. My problem was the cheap plastic box on the back that housed the mechanics of the clock, it was so loose that when the clock was hung on the wall instead of being a long rectangle it just turned round to be a wide one..As i said beautiful looking clock it looked amazing in my kitchen , just cheap quality. Charge more and have a good product, that's my opinion.
