We purchased a home 8 months ago that had artificial turf in the back. It was our first time with turf so we've been learning over time how to care for it. We have 2 adult pugs ~25lb each. When we moved over the winter we didn't notice any smells coming from the turf from the pugs' waste. We were cleaning it regularly with products we were recommended and it seemed to be going ok.Well, then the springtime in the desert hit around April and whoa nelly did everything change. It got to the point that we couldn't enjoy our patio or our pool due to the smell. It was pretty depressing. In our desperate research to find a solution we found this product and ordered it immediately.It has been 2 months since we applied the Biofill and since the day we first applied it until today the scent is gone. Just, gone. We use the cleaner every other week in between normal hosing down of the turf and so far so good. I don't know how often we will need to reapply the Biofill but you can be sure we will be. It has saved the love of our home.

Like the amount of product and it work as advertised breaking down any leftover puppy wasteSeems not to irritate the puppy’s paws and that was a concern but so far so good

It works it really works. Soak the ground with water and let it soak in, the apply BioTurf. I do this in the evenings.

Liked the smell and cuts down on the urine stink.
