Having seen a lot of youtube videos on oil pulling i was really sceptical. But i have suffered with sensitive teeth and gum bleeding for years. So i thought i would give oil pulling a try.

This stuff is STRONG. I swished for ten minutes, and it left my tongue feeling completely numb, not dissimilar to a post-dentist feeling. Scary. Whatever oils they're using are potent - too much for me in any case. My bottle's gone straight in the bin!

You do have to make sure you shake it before it use. I recommend starting this routine and using it daily.

This is my first time trying oil pulling and I understand that it takes practice, patience and consistency.

This is easy to use. The flavor is great if you like mint. It isn't too strong

I did not like this . It tastes horrible and after using my mouth was so dry I had no saliva. It was dry all day even after fluids.

This is really a great kit to start with oil pulling. It does a great job with cleaning between my teeth.
