From The Earth - Handmade Olive Wood Natural Coaster Set of 4 - Fair Trade

What can I say? This product arrived a few days ago (update May 2018: I can now attest to its robust longevity, and that no staining occurs) and they are simply beautiful, more so than in the pictures. It's real wood, and nice and thick (just measured one at 1.3cm depth), and if you love the rustic-look you'll love these. It's the sort of thing I'd imagine finding in a country pub or medieval tavern. Personally I much prefer how they look 'in-the-flesh' so to speak, the picture makes them look a little glossy or plastically - though I notice that another reviewer below says that is what they received ("too shiny"). What arrived for me was/is beautiful and they're all different shapes too, though each is large enough for any base of tea cup, beer glass etc. Couldn't be happier with a product (and still am two years later).

Not all finished off the same one without outer edge a bit disappointed

Genuine but does not look as authentic as others I have bought; they were a little too shiny..O.K. value for money
