Smoker
If you like to water smoke meats this worked perfectly. Priced well, arrived on time, easy to assemble. I really like that it's multi-functional .

Best smoker!
This is such a great smoker! We have not used as a grill or fire pit yet because the smoker is so good, we have smoked steaks, ribs, pork loin and chicken. All tasted like we were pitmasters! The built in thermometer did not work and when I contacted customer service about this, they quickly tended to the issue and sent a new one.

Poor customer service due to the lack of clear communication and shipping knowledge.
Had to put a star to leave review. Utensils came broken, the thermometer fell apart in my food, hardware started rusting after one night outside. Amazon customer support only provided broken English support, provided improper original UPS return instructions, talked over me like I could understand anything being said, then hung up on me when I got upset. So I spent an hour building this, got to use it for 20 minutes, it breaks and rust with 24hrs, have to take it back apart, box up, and take to UPS. Thanks Amazon!Update-Seller has reached out to make things right, not requesting defected equipment and shipping replacement. Seller-1Amazon-0

Good smoker!!
This has been a solid little smoker. It's quick to light up and get going but it can be a little difficult to maintain temperature. It smoked a pork roast a bit too quickly do to the smoke being below it a there is a limited distance you can separate your meat from the smoking chips bowl. Over all however, it's been good for doing quick things like chickens and the absolute best smoked fish!!!

Fragile, unstable, unreliable
As far as budget smokers go this one is a pass for me. As far as design, assembly was easy but I have reservations about the lack of insulating nuts separating plastic from the hot sides. Additionally, due to a lack of lock washers, locktite is recommended. After a few uses the hardware will likely become loose. It arrived slightly distorted making the lid and middle section sit funny. Even without this distortion, the clamps are cheap and awkward and the lid barely sits on. A gust of wind would be an issue. It’s also worth noting there are a ton of air caps making temp control difficult. The last issue I had was the cooking grates sit on top of a dish with no lip to keep them in place. There is about a 1/2” of slop of all sides of the grates.

The smoker is great. The tools are a waste of material.
The smoker works exactly as advertised, although it did take a bit of work to get it assembled. During assembly I noticed that it's possible to hook up the doors in a way that will leave a big air gap next to the hinge, so read the instructions carefully and put the doors on correctly. Now, an upright cylinder smoker is not an easy tool to use, and I'm still learning, but I can confidently say that unless you're familiar with these, you won't be making perfect briskets on your first go. This isn't the fault of the device, but it's worth pointing out.The thermometer is, as the kids say, "suss." I don't trust it. After the first run the needle never dropped back below 150F. I bought another thermometer to put INSIDE the smoker, and the two of them do sometimes agree, but not always. The tools, however, were a joke. I handed them to my 22yo son for his opinion, and his response was "I hope these were free, because they're garbage." They went straight into the recycling bin. I'm reasonably handy, but there was nothing on those tools that was worth keeping.
