The taste was outstanding - I am sure this grape vinegar will last me a long time because I am going to treat it like gold, using it only for the most special of guests that I have over for dinner and of course those very special recipes that call for the use of it. It came in timely and was well wrapped.

Authentic, great value, and expertly packaged!
My husband and I visited La Subida while in Europe, and even got a tour of the vinegar cellars. We were sad when we ran out of the bottle of vinegar we purchased, but were ecstatic to fine this vendor! Authentic, and definitely a great value for the price! The vendor packaging was phenomenal too! This will definitely be a repeat, lifetime purchase for us!!

It somehow enhances all the flavors in foods such as cheese, meat, fruit, even ice cream!
We were at our favorite top rated restaurant in Boulder, CO. A member of the Sirk family was here and they gave us a free bottle. I never knew I would like something so much. I spritz it on my cheeses, meats, fruits, even ice cream. It somehow enhances all the flavors that are already in those items. It might be that the vinegar breaks down the molecules in the fat??? But this stuff is incredible. I will definitely be buying more when this little bottle runs out. Also, hoping to visit the Sirk family at their restaurant (La Subida) when we head to Cormons, Italy this fall.
