It's good. Does what it says, I can actually feel the improvement in my chest and throat after using this. Very easy to use, just grip it between the teeth.The instructions say to breathe in and out through the device, I prefer to breathe in from nose and only exhale through the device.I'm ordering 2 more for my wife and mother.

I having using this for 1 week due to heavy smoking I couldn’t endure the long run at all after using for 1 week I have seen improvement in my endurance. Feel active all the day. I wasn’t able to 1km jogging but able to do now

A game changer for me personally... I am into different endurance sports and this product has really helped me elevate my fitness levels immensely.Practising every day for 20-25 mins either after you wake up or right before you sleep will help you immensely.

I just received the product and on first glance the box is not well maintained and the breather was covered in dust I will write a follow up in maybe a week talking about the product more
