This is my 1st time starting to do the steps with my sponsor and it seemed extremely daunting until a friend recommended this book to help. I feel much more comfortable beginning this process of discovery as I continue on this path of insight into recovery

I have 6 years in recovery tgis is my 1st time doing NA steps

So far I’m only on step one but it’s helping me really think and get to know myself.

This book is a must for anyone working the steps. My fellowship is AA, but my sponsor is NA and she work from this book. As alcohol is also a drug, the questions in the book are for all and I have found working the steps much more effective second time round using this book. I was very happy as I found it difficult to locate a book in the UK, but this came perfectly packaged and in fantastic condition.

Excellent book for anyone planning on working a 12 step program no mater which one it is good for all of them. It is full of useful questions. I have fund this an invaluable resource whilst working my 12 step program
