Forget all the Gatorades and Energy drinks we all love to drink. Ive been drinking CORE Proven Nutrition for about a month now and its amazing. Much more refreshing than any soda or Gatorade and the energy is much more natural and doesn't make you feel as jittery as Energy drinks do. Plus, it won't expand your waist line which is a BIG plus.

I highly recommend this product. I feel so much more energized. My workouts are better. No feeling of coming off of a sugar or caffeine high. A great tasting, low calorie, natural energy drink. I'm hooked!

Not the same as sample. Doesn't desolate in water the same way. Very gritty and no energy difference at all. Wish I hadn't of bought it. Not a good product! I have to rate it a one star cause that is what I have to do. Cause it's 1 to 5 stars rating system. Or I would have rated it a zero. But by this product!!!!!!!!!!!

As a active fit member, bodybuilder, certified chemist, and soon to be physician; I find this product to be superb. I have been using this product pre workout for months and I have got to say it's one of the best products on the market. All natural ingredients with an essential combination of all the different nutrients in the correct ratio any one would need to fuel themselves and build a better physique to aid with an active lifestyle. You won't be disappointed.I am more cognitively focused on this product. My pumps in the gym are better as is my endurance. It gives absolutely no digestive issues. Muscle recovery is noticeably faster. And it has been helping manipulate water distribution to give an even better appearance.What more could you ask for ? Seems too good to be true. Core from proven nutrition was suggested to me by a local supplement store because I was trying to find a switch from all the other amino drinks. Everything else on the market had so many chemicals and articifial substances that when drinking them through the day I would feel cloudy and bloaty, and the high amounts ofStimulants in certain other amino drinks put my energy and focus on a roller coaster only to crash and burn, especially on days when I wasn't taking them. I purchased this product and mixed 6 scoops in my gallon of water to. After a few days I really started to notice my body and mind balancing out, a refreshing clean feeling is the best way to describe it. I went back to the supplement store and bought there whole inventory of this stuff. i drink this stuff all day and recommend it to anyone living a fit clean lifestyle.

I generally need a mid-day bump in energy, however, I don't like the taste of energy drinks and everyone knows that they are terrible for you! This product is a natural energy drink, uses cane-sugar and tastes great! I through 4 scoops is my shaker around 2pm for a mid day spike in energy.

Core is an amazing product. I use it as part of my daily regimen. I CrossFit, Run, Powerlift, and practice Muay Thai, and love how Core makes me feel.
