I much prefer Amazon deliveries. This came via Evri although the Amazon app says Hermes. Amazon just deliver. I'm sure in some areas that's a problem but not where I live. Sadly the Evri delivery guy (or probably the company) is anal about delivering to a person.Please just use Amazon to deliver everything.The item itself looks nice for the money and is in good working order.Yes, there is packing to stop the tubes smashing but it's two screws to take the mesh off and retreive it.

Great product arrived on time and packaging was good z, the only down side is that the cable cord is not long enough as I have it on top of kitchen cupboard but have to use extension cable
