Just what I needed to keep everything comfortable for a long flight. I used it on my back, I used it as a pillow for my head to sleep against the airplane window, I used it under my right leg to keep circulation going, lots of issues that I was afraid to fly and this pillow saved me! Once the flight was over I continued to use it for a 9 hour long, one way, trip in the car, and back. I used it to sleep at night also. I highly recommend this well thought out device/pillow to anyone! I'm a yogi so the name caught my eye and I totally get it! The bending of the spine of the pillow was perfect! Namaste!

I have tried so many gadgets to stretch my back curving it backwards but are usually too hurtfully hard or too soft to have any effect. This one is perfect!

I was hesitant to buy this based on the lack of actual reviews but did so anyway because I wanted a pillow with a strap so that I could attach it to a hammock. This thing is very stiff with almost no give in it. It’s foam, but hard type, not memory. It also is much flatter than the picture.If you’re buying this for the adjustability (which I wasn’t) look elsewhere as it is very minimal, unlike the pictures.Overall, do not buy.

I’m in physical therapy for a disc bulge so sometimes it makes sitting down uncomfortable for longer periods of time. This was the support i needed for my 15hr flight to Tokyo. Will be taking it with me wherever I go!
