SPI Home Octopus Bud Vase Holder

item arrived with a broken vase which I cut my hand on and bked all over the bkx and item. Requested a refund and the seller wildlife wonders demanded I send the item back. I told them in no less than 4 emails that the item had biohazard blood on it and yet the seller still demanded the item back. Because I am not a dislicable person o am not sending an item covered in my blood back so that some poor person in their recieving department can come into contact with it. The seller made me debase myself by revealing my medical conditions just to ask for a refund of an item that is tiny and not as described AND arrived broken. Issued an A to Z claim and amazon agreed the sler was out of line. They have filed a formal comaplint on the seller. I should never have had to spend a week fighting and debating myself by revealing personal medical information just to get a refubd for a defective item. I may add to this in the future with the full email chain because after demanding the iten back to get a refubd the seller charged their minds after I told them that they have been warned of the biohazard but if they insist I was sending the item back but because they knew of the blood they would be liable if anyone came into contact with it not me. As soon as they realized thay would be liable they changed their tune and told me nkt to send it back and that they refused to issue a refund even though the item is defective and nkt as described.

The product arrived promptly and was precisely as described and pictured. I'm just delighted with this purchase! (Pictured with some wine glasses and Funko pops for scale.)
