Super convenient and tasty!
Very happy they brought MAX Protein back! As a trucker, Boost makes it convenient to supplement the lack of nutrition I get on the road. I drink a MAX Protein for my after work daily work out and Very High Calorie early in my shift. Shake it well to ensure best consistency, it's protein! As far as individually packaged protein shakes go, Boost has the best Vanilla flavor in my opinion.

Best one I have found!
If you have been drinking protein shakes as long as I have, its hard to find one that doesn't taste like protein powder that you have to get down quickly. I am happy to say that the Boost shakes are actually one that I have been able to continue to use because they actually taste a lot more like chocolate milk!

Boost Max vs. Boost (compared)
I REALLY like the Boost Max. As it has 30g of protein, I thought it would be twice as much in calories as regular Boost. It doesn’t. The regular Boost has 250 calories for 8 ounces; Boost Max has 160 calories per 11 ounce bottle.I am a vanilla fanatic. I love their Very Vanilla flavor.

Flavor needs improvement.
Update: They taste SO much better at room temperature! And that’s GREAT for me!NOT the best tasting Protein Shake I’ve ever tried, but I got used to it by day three. It’s a great way to get a quick 30 g of protein, but it doesn’t have any fiber and that’s a negative. It has a nice lineup of vitamins and minerals, including calcium and vitamin D and B vitamins. I have only drank it cold so I can’t speak to how it is when at room temperature.

Chunky
I have been drinking Boost Max off and on since 2019 and have always been pleased with it; however, the last delivery I got in February had a use by date of May 2025. I didn’t notice this at first because I had a couple of orders and didn’t open this one until recently. The quality of this batch is substandard and is chunky. It doesn’t necessarily affect the taste (it doesn’t taste spoiled) but the chunkiness is definitely a negative factor. I called Nestle about the product and they took my information but basically just said it was a known issue and they were working on it. I probably will not be ordering anymore if this is now a normal thing with the product.

This does help my wife she has noticed an improvement is on the expense of side, but what’s not cheap anymoreMy wife has a muscle disease and is also picky on the taste. Of theses type of drinks. She likes the vanilla only after trying the chocolate flavor

High protein and low sugar Boost
Hard to find this max protein, sugarless ("Glucose Control") formulation in retail outlets. This is just what my wife needs.
