It's the start of a cluster rack
Not exactly what I thought but still very interesting and there still a lot to learn It is well made and from reliable manufacture

8H is for vision applications, not generative AI/LLMs
Just to be clear: The Hailo-8H is generally for accelerating object identification in vision tasks like door/drone cameras. It is not used for accelerating generative AI, and might never be used for that purpose if the proprietary devkit doesn't become easier to use. The Hailo-10H is for genAI, it has been expected for a long while, released in the past few weeks and should be more widely available soon.

Great item, cost effective way to get this Hailo module.
I purchased this for just the Hailo module. It worked perfectly in an M.2 NVME slot when passed through to a VM with proxmox (note you do have to enable custom VM settings to get it wokring). I have kept the M2 pi hat has i plan to use that with my PI for a nvme drive.

Doesn’t work
Failing to detect. No solutions found online. Tried trouble shooting directly through hailo developer zone installation instructions.
