10mm Half Bullnose Profiling Tool Vacuum Brazed Diamond #40/50 To fit Dewalt D24000 Wet Saw This 150mm diameter wheel will cut a 10mm radius half bullnose onto any natural stone or man made composite stone. The centre arbour of the wheel is 25.4mm but comes with three sizing rings to enable the discs to be used on more than one brand of machine. The rings reduce the centre arbour to 22.23mm, 20mm & 5/8". What does it do? Once fitted to your machine and the plunge cut set to the appropriate height this will cut an even 10mm radius along the length of your tile. It can be used on any thickness tile from 10mm and is ideal for producing a profiled skirting tile or finishing step edges. This tool is a reasonably coarse #40/50 grit diamond cutting tool and will form the shape only. On a honed product this won't be far from a finished edge and may need simple smoothing. For a polished finish on a highly polished marble, this will create the profile shape which will then require polishing with pads to create the high sheen (see our other sales for pads). Fitting the sizing rings. The brass sizing rings are a very tight fit by design so there is no wheel wobble during use. This is a substantial blade weighing 1.2kg. Before first use, select the ring size appropriate to your machine (please check fitting first), then place the ring in a freezer for 15 minutes or so. It will contract and should slip easily or with light pressure into the wheel arbour. It will then expand and create a tight fit. This tool must not be used at speeds in excess of 4500rpm and must always be used wet. It is not suitable for hand held grinder/polishers and is designed for use in a static saw or bridge saw.
