Crock Pot Artisan 13 Inch Enameled Cast Iron Lasagna Pan, Teal Ombre

I have an enameled cast iron pan similar to this that my mom gifted me 20 years ago. Around the holidays, i usually lament that I've only got one. This year, after Thanksgiving dinner, I decided to look for another one and happened on this gorgeous Crock Pot offering. It's slightly larger than the one I've used hundreds of times and deeper, which is an absolute plus.It just arrived this week (two weeks earlier than quoted, thankfully) and has been used twice. Tonight, I made my traditional potatoes au gratin with ham chunks with leftover ham from thanksgiving. That extra 1/2" depth is noticeable, as I made the typical amount of mornay sauce, sliced the usual amount of potatoes and there was ample room at the top. No boilover!My other pan has handles, but I like the design of these much better, as I can get a grip around them with the potholders. My husband commented that he's looking forward to the next lasagna being made in this pan.Crock pot, would you consider making a 9" square pan next?

This is so much more sturdy and heavier than glass. It can withstand higher temps than a glass one. Definitely a good purchase!

Perfect size for those smaller casseroles. I like that this one goes in the outdoor grill. Seasons well, and easy to clean.

This pan is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a cake-size cast iron to make Detroit-style pizza. This is perfect. It shipped quickly and in good packaging, it is heavy as it should be. I got the pre-seasoned black dish and I opted to season it even tho it came pre-seasoned. I have no regrets, this dish is beautiful and perfect. I read the description and it matches exactly, the measurements are spot on. I’m glad I found one of these for relatively cheap, too. Highly recommend for pizza.

I was hesitant about this cast iron pan due to some negative reviews and good price but it did not disappoint. For Christmas I bought a prime rib roast and had read that a cast iron roasting pan would ensure even heating. Overall these pans are large and expensive but I found this smaller one at a good price which was perfect for my 5 lb. roast. It was advertised as pre-seasoned and had no instructions on what to do before first use so this is what I did. First I washed it gently in warm water with a small amount of dish soap then patted it dry. I added a light coat of avocado oil (the only high heat oil I had on hand) and left it. My roast was boneless so I used a small roasting rack under it and followed the roasting instructions for medium rare. I've cooked several prime rib roasts before and they have never come out as good as this one! I'm really glad I bought it and do recommend it.

Nice, pretty but really heavy. I returned it but I'm sure if you are not bothered by the weight it would be a great baking pan. And nice enough to bring the table.

It is a beautiful dish. Of course it is a bit heavy, but it is cast iron. Because it retains heat my cooking time is a little shorter, that is a plus! It is a good buy.

Arrived all chipped up. Not a little, a lot. Returning.
