This was a gift for a young friend of mine. So far he loves the watch

It's not a bad watch. It's easy enough to use and looks nice enough. I think a lot of people would like it. Here are some of the issues I have:I didn't find the screen to be very responsive.I think the speaker could have been upgraded a little.It wasn't the most comfortable.Overall, though, it wasn't bad especially at this price point.

I have to constantly keep setting this watch to the right time 6 times in one day sometimes more. This is very overbearing and a lot to deal with due to it not keeping up with the time zone. I contacted AMAZON and they told me they can’t help me I have to call the warranty on the box for help this is crazy please don’t buy these watch on amazon it will only last for 1 month unless you need to waste your money.

Very useful functions in this smartwatch -- heart monitor, blood pressure, timer, step counter, etc. Very sleek look and aesthetically pleasing on my wrist. Screen is easy to read.

It’s cute but the battery dies fast and it caused so irritation to my skin.

Overall, this is a nice watch. It's comfortable, goes about six days on a charge and gives you easy access to certain health basics - steps, calories burned, heart rate. The results are stored on the app so you can look at them over time. You can also check the weather and take phone calls.But first you'll need to download the app. The first time you turn the watch on, a QR code will appear that you can use to download the app. I decided to get it from the Apple Store instead so I could see if there were any warnings or alerts before I downloaded it. Once installed, it paired easily with my iPhone SE 2002.About 100 different watch faces are offered - a few on the watch itself, but mostly on the app. I thought most were either ugly or too busy, but that's a matter of taste. I chose the one in the picture that's just a basic analog watch for when I'm out and don't really need to see health data. Otherwise I use the default watch face you see on the Amazon page.What this watch suffers from is a lack of documentation. There's a lot of other functions offered but it's not clear how to use them or how to interpret the results. For instance, there's a stress monitor that takes forever to finally give a reading - and when you get it you don't know what it means. The Riversong website does allow you to write them with questions. But if they really cared about customers getting the most out of the array of watches they offer, they should post videos up on their site explaining the functions and how to use them.
