I've gone through about half the bottle of these Roundhouse Provision Three Hit Combo supplements and found that they give me a little energy boost without making me feel jittery. The nutrients in the pills are effective in that sense. Haven't seen any fat /weight loss yet, but I imagine that would happen over time anyway. Overall, these are good to give a little boost in the morning. The steep price point would be worth it if the weight loss results were more noticeable or guaranteed, but I can't foresee ordering more bottles with the anticipation that I "may" eventually lose weight by taking them.

Haven't really noticed a difference besides digestive help

I’ve been using this combo for about three weeks and have noticed an improvement in my energy levels and mental clarity. The addition of Berberine and Gynostemma seems to work well for supporting focus and reducing cravings. I haven’t seen drastic weight changes yet, but I do feel more energized throughout the day. The capsules are easy to take, though I wish they came in a larger supply for the price.

Terrible side effects of dizziness, nausea. Would not recommend for women over 55 years old taking blood pressure and/or cholesterol medications. Not able to return product.

This has given me energy and truly helped my digestion tract. Easily swallowed and no aftertaste.

I’ve been taking this for a week, and while I can’t say I’ve lost any weight, I do feel like this has given me a bit more energy. I don’t know if I’d order a second bottle, but I have not had any adverse side effects while on it. It’s just a bit pricey, I think. Updated Review: I've been taking this now for 2 1/2 weeks and I actually gained a pound. I don't think this has had any effect on my metabolism whatsoever. I do feel it wakes me up a bit but that's about it, and coffee does pretty much the same for me.

I think it does give a helpful boost, but I DONT think it's something I would take every day.I know the first day I took some I was up all night, I just wasn't tired.This is probably one of the most expensive supplements I've taken, so the cost is negative for me.I wonder if you can use your HSA or get insurance to cover the cost?As far as burning fat...nah, it's still there LOL.I am a very active person, but sometimes need a kick in the pants.If it's in your budget I will say give it a try, it may give you the edge in your next Kumite tournament.🤜🤛👊
