After providing the measurements and spec's of the order, Yoolax will contact you by Email to doublecheck and make sure that they are processing the information correctly. The result is a perfectly fitted shade. It was relatively easy to install. Frankly, I had more difficulty removing my old shade (different brand) than installing this one. I found that I didn't need the extension charging cord that I ordered but the cost of one was minor.The remote comes preprogramed and the unit worked right out of the box. I have yet to program the up & down limits but the instructions look fairly simple.Overall, I am happy with the purchase and have recommended Yoolax to a neighbor who is interested in mororized shades.

Desired result but not with Yoolax App. Love the material and color. Was pleased to learn i am able to use Graywind App and bluetooth hub to set up scenes in Alexa. Be sure to go into the BLE hub (in Graywind App) and attach each shade to the hub. If you don’t the shades will keep losing connection to the app. Discovered “scenes” work much better for automation with Alexa. Asking Alexa to control individual shades without setting up scenes is hit or miss. Note that Alexa automation will get all shades in a scene to the desired end position but they may not move in unison. If you want them to move in unison use the remote. Would buy again. Graywind app works better than Yoolax.

I liked the product fabric quality, finish and ease of install. Zigbee motor works with Samsung Smartthings hub which can be used to integrate with Google Home or Alexa

The media could not be loaded. I needed to cut budget on our remodel so looked to Amazon for motorized blinds. These turned out be a really nice product and half the amount from big department stores. Easy install. And great customer service.
