Well built, simple to use, easy to carry. The readings were accurate. Everything is top quality, I think it will last a long time. I'm really impressed with the craftsmanship, packaging, and performance of the device. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Bought to replace a 20-year old refractometer...it is accurate, easy to read and was a steal for the price!

While not completely accurate against my sg gauge, it is within a couple points. I recommend taking several readings to get an avg. I will only use it for quick readings to determine if a more accurate test is needed

I have several refractometers, to cover the whole scale for sugar measurements. This is the first one that has a serious attempt at quality I've seen under $75 (it's way under that). I remember when you couldn't look at one for less than $100.It's a far cry better than any of the other $20-$30 I've seen. The Milwaukie digital 871 refractometer was a total waste!

Gentlemen, one of the refractometers came out of the box and scratched the light refraction crystal, without the support of the eyepiece.

It works well! Easy to use. The product I received is more beautiful than the one shown on the webpage, and it has a useful Portable holster and distilled water bottle. I can't wait to use it!

As a restaurant owner and Families of diabetics. I test every drink's sugar content which sold in my place, like Sprite, the device shows the content is 10%, and I approved the Diet Coke has no sugar. We also make our special drink which mixes several drinks together, I marked the sugar content on our drink menu after using this little thing. It is really convenient and accurate. I definitely recommend buying it.

It was easy to use. I tested my grapes as they ripened both with this and by tasting each grape I tested. As the sweetness indicator increased the grapes did taste sweeter. I will use it next year at grape harvest.
