Wonderful flour, makes the best bread. Love the quality

The bestest best flour there is, or one of the best i am sure. Have been using it for years and love it. Never again will i bake with bleached flour, ever...! To have the only better, you'd have to mill it yourself, which i do for Rye - but buy Wheat already milled (stone milled preferred.)

Bob's is always high quality. We've been baking a lot with the wheat and it is delicious.

Nice flour. I like the bulk purchase of smaller (10 lb.) packages. Makes excellent bread.

Came as ordered, no damage. They were wrapped tightly together in packaging to prevent damage. Perfect for baking, cooking, ect.

Love the flour, but shipping needs improvement. Flour bags were extremely damaged. Everything was covered in flour. Not sure if that is amazon or the mill, but needed more padding or protection or at least thicker cardboard especially for how heavy the whole thing was. Had to repackage all of it. Debated returning it cuz of how much damage and potential contamination

I mean, really. What do you want me to say? It's flower. It makes great sourdough. If you want this kind of flower, you should buy it.
