Greetings. i'm like the rest of the posts. could you please tell me if this will work on a 1989 k1500 chevy silverado?

The page at the top when you searched in amazon, there are fields where you put your year make and model in. That will tell you if it fits.

Will this fit a three-spoke steering wheel on a 1970 El Camino or Chevelle?

Probably. I'm using it on a 1971 Buick GS sportwheel and it's funky but works. I had to trim the post by about a half inch, which is fairly common but there is nothing that retains the spring/post assembly in the column. You just hold it all in and jamb the wheel on top. The horn contact assembly is the same for the Chevelle and GS wheel, so it should work the same for you.Rhett

Will this work fo 1970 chevelle?

dont know but worked in a firebird

Will this fit a '94 Jeep Cherokee?

I have a 94 Wrangler. I had to cut the metal post down per the instructions. I think the spring fit OK. The black plastic retainer didn't fit. It seems like my YJ has a press-fit black plastic retainer. So it kind of fit, but not without some modifications.
