The pipe works well for underwater applications.
I have four Smart Jacks and one of the axle sleeves was lost. I tried to obtain one through the manufacturer but they were less than cooperative as they were unreachable. I purchased this because it was the precise outside diameter needed for the inside of the wheel. The wall thickness was too thick to fit on the axle so I drilled it out to the diameter that will fit. Now I have a new axle sleeve that works as good or better than the original sleeves. The jacks work without the sleeves but the wheel is a little sloppy and doesn't rotate as easily.
