Love this stuff so much! It does everything advertised and more. Hair, skin, nails, energy, stamina, the works. That Fountain of Youth the explorer Ponce de Leon was searching for in Florida? It was really in his home country of Spain all along! Bless you Spanish scientists for coming up with this magical elixir. Told my sister about it and she loves it as well.Did notice a few reviewers complained of having adverse reactions to it and had to stop taking it. I seriously think that perhaps they were detoxing and mistook the detox symptoms for allergic reaction. For the first week I had to drop back from the recommended dose of one tablespoon to only a teaspoonful. Because as good as it made me feel overall, i was suffering some minor symptoms that could have been allergic reaction, but they went away after a week and i was able to go back up to the regular dose, and no more adverse symptoms at all. And I just keep feeling better and better the longer i take it. This is truly wonderful stuff!

Silica is a requirement for bone/elasticity and other health requirements. This is pure Silica in water which is important because powder can be dangerous for a lot of reasons as one might easily be able to imagine on their own.What's interesting to me is that I actually CRAVE this mineral-am taking appx 2 TBS each day. Would love to take more but of course I'm being careful to stay within a safe range of use - will be doing more research on safe dosages in the near future - but given the fact that Christmas was SO busy I didn't start using it til after the new year and haven't had research time.At my current dose I can feel the difference but believe I need to give it 6 months or so after having some more research under my belt before giving a review on any changes in dosage and its efficacy.

It took a few months of regular use but it has made a significant difference in my skin. I’m at the age of menopause and was getting very dry patches above my lip. It would go away until I used this. It’s not cheap but I highly recommend as it has also added a little more lift to my face although I didn’t have wrinkles to begin with.
