16:9, great quality, AND it has the Super Best Friends episode on it.
The picture quality is so much improved over the DVDs which were just fine. What's most important since this was released in 2017 is that Super Best Friends *is* on the BluRay. Unlike their decision to make it not available via streaming, it IS on the BluRay (which was something I wasn't sure about).But fortunately, they do away with a lot of the extras I never watched and just gave us the episodes. Still, if you have this on DVD, this is a much improved transfer over the DVDs and in 16:9.Unlike season 1 & 2 which were absolutely horrible on DVD, season 5 was pretty good on DVD.... but here, the quality is just excellent. If you already bought the DVDs and have a bluray player, you need to buy this and get rid of your DVDs

Season 5 was my tipping point
I LOVE THIS SEASON!! I was not a South Park fan on day one. Not that I hated it but just indifferent. But season 5 was my tipping point. The episodes are listed in other reviews, so I won't repeat it. But I can't think of one bad episode. Some are better than others but none are bad. No disappointments here

its south park and in widescreen format instead of the original tv airing format and no with no beeps which loses the charm of the jokes o well
