Recommend adding this information prominently to this site. I bought these and have been usingfor 2-3 weeks and they seem to be helping at least I'm not freezing like I was before and I having a little more energy and think it will continue to increase over the next few weeks

I need to use this for a longer period to notice any changes.

This ended me taking L-thyroxine after 25 years. I can't recommend it highly enough.
