Service Dog ID Card - Holographic Card - Custom with Dogs Photo and Your Info

This is an excellent item ... I attach it to my service dog when we go out in public (cuz it's kinda big & hits him when he shakes) and I feel protected if I have an incident when I can't talk that the ID with both of us on the picture & our address is very visible. I added an In Case Of Emergency phone number card as well as a Rx pill in the zip lock pouch. Best purchase ever!

This Ad is misleading. Actually this is a great aid to identified a service animal . However; is not require by law and is not a legal document to proof or validate a certified service animal certification . Consider reading ADA status and regulations before using this ID as an approve proof document ; you need legal proof or may face prosecution. Other wise if you are following the status and regulations stated by ADA this ID are great give a one because the ad is misleading.
