This is a great product for several reasons:-durable- easy to store- easy to use- great resistance to help you attain a work out that you will feel the next day- prefect for a short work out when you only have a few minutes at a time to exerciseThis is a great product that comes with a carrying case that has 3 different resistant bands that are going to help you get a work out in, even if you have 5 or 10 minutes of free time. The difference in resistance is awesome and I find them very durable. Great way to stay in shape without spending a fortune This set makes it difficult for you find that excuse that we always have about going to the gym, taking a walk outside, and making time in our busy day. I have been able to get in a few short work outs in every single day and it is easy to take with you to work in your purse or bag. This product is safe to store anywhere in your home. Plus, I do not have to worry about the kids trying to pick up a heavy weight and hurting themselves. Let alone watching them trip over a weight that happen to be in an area that they are playing. There are just so many ways to use these. I have enjoyed trying out different stretches with each of the bands. It would be helpful if the exercise bands came with a few exercises for you to maximize your workout with this product. If you cannot afford expensive equipment there is no need to think you cannot get similar results with these resistance bands once you get going with them. are very durable and portable, you can use them anywhere, take them to work and use them on your break, keep them in the living room and use them while you watch TV you can't go wrong. I think this is a sturdy and decent product. I will have to google how to use them, meaning what specific exercises to do. However, the product itself is sturdy and comes in a little carrying bag. This would make a good gift for somebody that has to do PT exercises or works out in a gym. In exchange for my honest and unbiased review, I rec'd a big discount on the price of this product.

These fitness bands have made my home workouts much more fun and effective. It's nice to have the 3 levels of resistance for when you want a hard core workout, or for those who are new to working out and working up to the level 3 band. The bands are strong, durable, high quality and made to last, which i love. I am so thankful to ProFit Fitness for letting me review them in exchange for my review.
