If you can get these on prescription do it! These work.
A while ago my mother lost an awful lot of wieght without wanting to. She dropped from 10 1/2 stone to just under 8. Our GP put her on these drinks where she drink 2 a day. Within a month she was noticably stronger. Three months later and she's put on 9lb and is still improving.
