Liquid coconut palm sugar
I read coconut palm sugar was the healthiest sugar but the powdered version did not dissolve quickly in my iced coffee so trying the liquid. Delish.

I’m Obsessed and Not Sorry
Listen… I didn’t expect to fall in love with a syrup, but here we are. This coconut syrup is so good it made me question everything I thought I knew about sweeteners. It’s like caramel and coconut decided to have a delicious baby—and that baby ended up on my pancakes. The flavor is rich without being knock-you-out sweet, and it pours like a dream. I’ve put it in coffee, on oatmeal, on fruit, on waffles, and—don’t judge—straight on a spoon. Zero regrets. Plus, it’s organic and clean, so I can pretend I’m making healthy choices while basically drinking dessert. Honestly, if you’re looking for a new sweetener that tastes amazing and makes you feel like you have your life together, get this. Your taste buds will thank you.

Good substitution for brown rice syrup in homemade nut bars
Great choice to make homemade nut energy bars! Lower glycemic index and tastes great. Cost efficient too when making the bars for family and friends
