This speaker worked only for a day, After that the bluetooth stopped working. It was connecting with the devices but not playing any music. I tried all the possible solutions, But nothing worked. Also the air pass duct from the bass box was damaged. I tried 7 methods of connecting with Boult customer service ( 4 numbers, 2 email addresses, 1 support link ) but none of them worked. At the end amazon helped me in the return process.

Purchase date was 4th July. The sound box was delivered on 9th July and today 26th July , the Sound Box is NOT turning ON. Followed all the trouble shooting steps. NO JOY . The product is under warranty and the number provided for support isn't even valid. What a waste !
