Absolutely awesome little beast! I cannot believe how powerful this little thing is! I wasn’t expecting great things, being so cheap, but my word, it has astounded me with how quickly it cuts and how long the batteries last!Amazing tool and one I hope will last me years, but even if it doesn’t, it’s already paid for itself, many times over, with the time it’s saved me and the money it’s saved, had I paid a pro to do the same work!The job I’ve done with it already, would have easily cost me ten times the cost of this, taking my laurel tree down by over 20 feet in height, so I’m one very happy customer!Easy to set up, just top up the oil and adjust the chain tension and away you go! The gloves are comfortable and the goggles nice and clear and comfortable too!I even trimmed a very large branch and some smaller ones, on my Weeping Willow too (last pic)

5 stars for a great product, you can charge 1 battery while using the other - downside is you can’t use Dewalt batteries with this tool. I searched for this type of tool wanting to use my Dewalt batteries as that has been my go to hand tool brand for many years!Cuts through hard and soft woods, pallets are a breeze, thick branches no issue. The oil chamber leaks a little bit empty out if not going to use for a while. You get spare chains in the box and all the parts you will need for a lot of usage / years. The price is amazing for something that saved what would have been a lot of work!Chained are nice and sharp, tensioner takes a little getting used to but overall a real time saver of a gadget!

Great for speeding up garden jobs, can cut up quite good sized logs. The battery lasts pretty long and it comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. I bought better padded workman/chainsaw gloves to use with these for better protection, I'm glad i did. The tiny bottle of oil that comes in the kit won't go very far and it also leaks, but I keep it cause it's a handy size, just keep it upright. THe only complaint I'd have is that when you have to open up all the chain guard, remove the chain etc to clean it, I wish there was a proper guide/way to know how tight to put the chain, because if it's too tight or too loose either way something can break. OTherwise I love it for chopping up logs, so quick compared to handsaw when doing the garden. TBH it's not something i do regularly I got it do do a big tree lopping job...it did the job in 2-3 days. I then found a bunch of other jobs for it. Great.

Really like this tool. Did the job really well. Easy to use. Cut through small branches up to about 5 inch diameter really easily. Batteries help charge well. Good value.

Just used this today for the first time and it’s amazing. I know I know everyone is worried when something cheap but this Brilliant it’s got everything to keep you going in a really nice solid box, it really does go through privet hedges so easily and it’s so much fun for us women to not have to heft a huge saw about, plus the elderly, will be great for them too. I love it and the price is fantastic I’d grab the bargain!

I wrote the review below after having the chainsaw for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately it stopped working so I contacted the seller for a replacement but they didn't respond so I returned it for a refund. Five stars for Amazon's customer service, one star for the seller. The tool is a great idea, unfortunately this one is a poor example.What a great little chainsaw! I had an ash tree felled recently and have been using this to cut up the limbs into log-burner lengths. Previously I would have struggled with my 20" petrol chainsaw but being able to hold the wood in one hand and cut with this saw in the other is fantastic. It flew through wood up to 5 inches thick with no problem, all the while me being able to reposition for the next cut in seconds rather than putting the saw down, re-balancing the limb precariously, picking the saw up and cutting whilst hoping the wood doesn't move.I've also been using it to trim the hedge (a mix of plum, elder, hawthorn and ash) and cutting back the ivy that's climbing up the remaining trees in the hedge line. It'd handled everything with ease and is great in tight situations where you would struggle with a hedge saw.The set is really well thought-out. It comes with a spare chain and chain bar which is very impressive for the price. The included screwdriver, brush and chain sharpener are fine for on-the-job tweaks. There's even a little bottle for chain oil so you don't have to carry a litre of it around with you. The gloves and goggles are OK at a pinch but I use good quality leather gloves and safety glasses instead and have had no issues. The blade stops nice and quickly and as you're not fighting with a big, heavy piece of kit you're a lot safer when working.I get about an hour an half from the two batteries before they need charging - charging is not quick, a couple of hours for each battery with the supplied charger but it gives me a break :-)

I just used this for the first time. It was quick and easy. The batteries were fully charged and I had the necessary oil for another chainsaw so very straightforward.The saw is light and very straightforward there is a spare chain so everything needed is in the carrying case.I don't know about durability yet, but it seems quite sturdy. I would recommended.
