I am new to bread making (long story short, we went on a camping trips with friends and they took a bread maker, and literally made fresh bread every day. The smell, the taste, compared to a typical loaf you may buy in a shop is incomparable. Basically, bake some bread, add some butter, you’ll never look back. Hence, I promptly ordered a bread making machine – can be picked up fairly cheaply – and was looking for a book with some different recipes, and voila!). This book offers a huge variety of flavors and types of bread, with clear instructions. I’ve only tried some of the basics so far, but will definitely be having a go at Beer Mustard Bread, Coconut quick bread, Buckwheat and Almond Soughdough etc.All recipes are very clear and easy to follow and there are troubleshooting tips throughout. Easy and delicious. If you know then you know. If you don’t know, homemade bread is the thing you’ve always needed, you just didn’t know it!

My wife has long wanted to make bread herself and not buy it. I have already done it several times, but without practice it didn't work out as I wanted. You still need to know where all the measurements, quantity, products and step-by-step instructions are. It's much easier that way. And when everything works out and you repeat it more than once, then you can do without a textbook. But, it is certainly more convenient to look when you have forgotten some measurement, etc., than to search for information for a long time in various manuals. She is very satisfied, and it turned out delicious. I recommend!
