Creatin in liposomal formulation is supposed to be absorbed better. Since the over-the-counter industry is totally unregulated, I always like to see a third-party certification about the contents. I have not seen any third-party certification for this product, and that is the reason I'm somewhat leery of recommending it.

Great product and taste good with anything basically. Only issue was my cap was cracked and I can’t use the flip top and just screw off the cap….No biggie but hard to shake up unless I keep a paper towel over lid.I like everything about the product.

So easy to take. No taste No after taste! For ALL females , this is the best supplement to fight sagging skin and wrinkles a bonus that it also feeds your muscles to help keep you strong. Check out the research on this and sagging/wrinkling skin. It’s a game changer win win!

Just get the powder to be honest. Feel like it didn’t do as much as the powder and the shelf life/ taste is not good. I tried to use it up before the 90 days after opening date and couldn’t. Definitely not worth the high cost

I've been supplementing with Creatine for quite some time. It's one of the few supplements that consistently shows benefits in studies, and is quite inexpensive, so an easy decision in my mind to use.Typically I take it in powder form, but have also used pills and gummies. This is the first product I've tried that offers it in liquid, pre-mixed form (as opposed to the relatively standard powders that you mix into water yourself).This is definitely a convenient way to take it, especially if you're wanting to keep it in your gym bag or elsewhere and be able to easily take it when away from home. If it helps you to take it around your workout to remember to take it daily, then that could be a win. And having it already in liquid form means you don't have the mess of the powder, nor do you have to find a cup and water to take it. For those reasons, it could be a solid option for some.However, on the negative side, it has a taste that I don't love. Not awful, but the powder & water options I've used are all relatively tasteless; whereas, this is quite noticeable. Second negative is the cost. At the time of writing this review, this product was $45 for a one months supply (at 3g per day), or $1.50 per daily dose. Other forms like the powders are typically more like 15-20 cents per day for a 5g dose; pills can be found for 20-25 cents per daily dose of 5g; and even gummies (that also are good for on-the-go vs. powder) can be bought at 50-60 cents per 5g does.Overall, if you need to be able to take Creatine on the go when you won't have access to water (and don't want gummies for some reason); or if you are interested in the potential bioavailability improvements cited in their listing, then this could be a good option.
