It consist of two holders 5 needlesIt consist of 5 syringe marked as suction ,black cyan magenta yellow ,i only used black one for filling 650 cartridge, which is a similar cartridge 678 .It is useful for me since 650 is not available in India and cost 49 SAR at Saudi .If you use it with 650 please fill it full otherwise will not work,I find red like color at syringe head seen suspicious.! Everything except two holders can be purchased from local Medical shop !

Tried Black Cartridge 803 and found OK. Colour cartrige yet to try... and hope it will also be OK.

Messy to use, but useful nevertheless
Saves tons of money. Very economical. If you go through the YouTube video and figure out the process of refilling, it is pretty straightforward.
