I ordered this bike and the seat post fell into the frame. ATTACH YOUR SEAT FIRST, FOLKS! I reached out to the company via Amazon chat and they resolved the issue beautifully. I was very pleased with the quality of the bike and will purchase from this seller again. Highly recommend!

Good for the price!
I bought for myself, a 5 ft. 3 in. adult who has a very hard time finding bikes suited for short girls. Very cute bike and the perfect size. NOT easy to put together. The instructions seemed to be for a different model so I had to do a lot of googling. The back fender was severly dented in and I had to hammer it out the best I could so it would not rub on the wheel. I was offered a 20% credit when I sent the complaint to the company which was appreciated. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase.

Easy and fun to ride! Super lightweight.I’ve had to tighten the kick stand severaltimes, but I do ride it often. Definitely needs a light if you plan to ride at night. No complaintsNote: Bike doesn’t come with a basket. I ordered that separately for $20 on here. I attached it with a bunch of zip ties b/c it didn’t come with all the screws.sl Stays on great!Overall good buy!

Unsure about Craftsmanship… but since changed my opinion!!!
Received replacement bicycle and we are extremely happy and more than satisfied with the Quality, Comfort and the Outstanding Customer Service, no issues with the bike and obviously the previous post of “Numerous dents and lack of quality control has led us to return this bicycle, it was supposed to be a wonderful fall surprise for my amazing half, but only permitted disappointment!!!” Is no longer valid and blame lies on the transportation system!!!

Good bikes and great service.
I ordered 2 bikes for my kids. One of them had an issue with the pedal and needed pedal crank and the pedal itself since the threads were worn. Contacted the seller and they responded and shipped the parts and tools within a week and sent me a video to replace it. Kids love the bikes. I would definitely recommend the product and service.
