This jacket is wonderful! So nice and warm, very comfy and I liked that it is longer than the typical jacket. I had a slight issue with a charging cable and the customer service folks took care of that immediately. They sent a new cable and followed up to make sure it was all working properly. Great quality and I appreciated it when I made a winter trip to Wisconsin!!

Absolutely love this coat, just the right length without being too long, love you can pull the zipper up from the bottom to sit comfortably. Coat is warm, like the different heat settings and that not only the front and back are heated but the pockets are as well. If I had one complaint, which is not that big of a deal, would be the option to zip off the hood. I did invest in a second battery and a block to charge them on so that one is dead, the other one is charging. Very happy with my purchase!

Loving this jacket so far. I sized up to an XL to have some space for layers and it’s perfect. The 3 setting of heat all seem to be working well.

This is such a warm cozy coat even without the battery. Soft fleece collar and hood and lined pockets are a nice touch. The battery placement is out of the way. I like the ability to unzip from top and bottom. The jacket is puffy but not bulky and has a nice silhouette

Wear this every day. Very comfy, soft material, and thick on its own. The heating element is an added bonus. I love the long fit and wear this to keep warm for those cold spring youth baseball games and shoveling the drive in the winter.

Love it. It keeps you warm. The hood is a good size not so big that you can’t see anything. It’s ,ones with a soft fleece. The coat is waterproof. It’s easy to adjust the setting from low to high with the button on the outside of the coat. Would buy it again

This coat fits well with high quality material. The hood and pockets have a soft lining. The heating element works quickly and heats the entire coat including the back. The material is so warm, you can wear the coat without the battery Love that the company started by a small family. Highly recommend!

This jacket is perfect for being outside and ballgames. Have your vest and really loved it, but wanted more protection. Jacket is perfect as I now my arms and backside are covered. Highly recommend!!
