Mallet could be larger
These laminate/vinyl flooring tools were a solid purchase for my DIY flooring project. The kit came with all the essentials—pull bar, tapping block, spacers, and a mallet—everything I needed to install vinyl planks across two rooms. The tools feel sturdy and held up well through a full job without breaking or wearing out, which isn’t always the case with budget kits.The rubber mallet was a standout—good weight and grip, made it easier to get snug seams without damaging the plank edges. The tapping block was effective, although I wish it were a little thicker to absorb more shock. The spacers stayed put and made maintaining expansion gaps along the wall straightforward.Overall, for the price, this set was absolutely worth it. It saved me a lot of frustration and helped keep my installation looking professional. Definitely a must-have for first-timers or even intermediate DIYers tackling laminate or vinyl floors.

Lifesaver for installing laminate
These tools are a lifesaver when installing laminate flooring. We had a lower quality flooring that was difficult to install, but these tools made it much more manageable!

Durable tool set - great for installing flooring.
Our son recently moved out, and like most parents, we wanted to re-do the room as cheaply as possible. We purchased flooring and ordered this tool set to help with the installation. The tools are sturdy, durable, and made the installation easy. They are a great value for the money.BTW - We saw a similar set at a local hardware store for three times the price.

Weak tap block
Did 1000 square feet the block cracked in half after about 600 all other parts were fine

Nice little starter set
The hammer and spacers were handy for my vinyl plank install. I'm not sure is it was user error or the tapper and pullbar tool themselves but I didn't find them useful for the install. Though many y-tube videos said they were crucial for the job
