These rear shackles fit a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500. The product fit fine once you did some trimming to the pinch rails that are right above the leaf spring on the bed. I think if you use the one inch drop, it probably won’t rub the pinch rail, but it would still be very close. And the only way to get that top spring bolt out is to fold over the pinch rail to get that clearance. Otherwise, you’ll have to remove the rear springs completely. The rear now sits only a couple inches higher in the rear on the two inch drop setting. To me, it’s perfect.

Put them on my 15’ GMC 2500HD. Fit like stock replacements. Lowered my truck right at 2” in the back. Now there is only a 1” rake. Feels like the truck rides better. Had to cut the bed pinch rail to get the old shackle up enough to get the bolt out.
