Q: do you have any tips to get them off? I also had black feet and they are stuck to my feet and difficult to remove....so was the glue.

Remove patches from their protective wrapper & apply one to the sole of each foot before bed. If you find the patches come off due to movement, try wearing a pair of socks over the patches. When you wake in the morning, remove the patches & dispose. Wash your feet if needed with soap & water.

Q: Do u feel the menthol?

I'm quite sensitive and didn't feel the menthol. Just a pleasant light tingling.

I put them on when I go to bed and remove them in the morning. I don’t think there is a time limit but they are not particularly comfortable to walk on
