A very useful addition to your overland vehicle
When we explore and need to refuel, we sometimes have no choice in where we buy fuel.I added this filter to my 80 series Land Cruiser before the "hard to get to because it is under the intake manifold" factory filter and the fuel tank. It is on the inside of the frame where it is protected. It took a bit of checking and test fitting to see where it would best fit but be readily accessible.I can now easily change dirty filters while still keeping the factory filter down line between it and the engine.Easily handles the fuel injector pressure. Also bought a spare 10 micron filter element just in case.

No more issues with water getting into the fuel supply.
I bought and installed this on my UTV because I was having issues getting water into the fuel tank (gasoline) which was causing hard starts and rough running. Since installation of this separator, no issues with hard starts or rough running. Easy to drain the accumulated water from the bottom of the separator and easy to install. Check to see if you also need to install a check valve in the fuel line to keep the line filled with fuel.

Works well for high pressure fuel system
Water seperator with nylon bowl can not be tightened enough and leaks at high pressure greater than 7psi. This is the only one in the market that can withstand 100psi but still have a water drain plug. This should make the seperator easier to maintain in the long run. I also added a inline filter before it so I can replace frequently to protect the more expensive media in this seperator.
