Extremely unstable readings. Returned.
Extremely unstable readings that never settle down. Fails 6.86 cal with "Err" message. Large air bubble inside of sensor bulb indicate a problem. Returned.Update 8/25/17: Seller sent me another unit and it is very stable. Passes calibration procedure with no problems. Readings are believable although it does read pH 10.00 Atlas Scientific calibration solution as 9.30 when calibrated at 6.86 and 9.18. Considering it's an under $20 instrument probably should not complain. Seller was more than cooperative to take care of the problem.

Great customer service
*edit* company contacted me almost immediately after my review. The product itself is not why I would buy different and more expensive products from this company. The fantastic customer service and quick response when I reported a problem will definitely help me make my decision in the future.After about 15 uses, the first number is no longer visible. Worked fine, used the filter paper and distilled water like it said, still ended up breaking after minimal use.

Cheap, inaccurate and comes with dead batteries, which wipes out any calibration. You guys should stop selling cheap products like this. I only wanted it to check my pool ph, but it was too big a piece of junk to even do that.....Buyer Beware

Easy to use and accurate
Meter worked great out of the box. Customer service was great as long as you go through the Amazon route. My mistake was I emailed an address that was printed on the directions. After Semlos discovered my problem they worked closely with me to get the problem resolved. I will purchase one again if the this one goes down.

Cheap, Broken, Useless
Broken right out of the box. Replaced batteries like the manual directed only to have it permanently stuck on 0000.Very disappointed in this. Do NOT cheap out on a pH meter. It's worth spending more for quality
