Looking for the Click but not too loud - this is your keyboard!
I LOVE this keyboard. The keyboard has an awesome overall feel and perfect feedback of click and response I was looking for. The layout has just correct amount of spacing to still require a reach but not feel too crowded. This allows the flow to be fluid and allow for a strong cadence in typing. I highly recommend this keyboard. The only issue I've had is the HOME key requires more of a "hit" than any other key, I am assuming the company will replace this keyboard with a new one. If I find their customer service to be less than I will return to update my review.

Excellent feel, pleasant sound, not the best visibility unless backlit
This is my first mechanical keyboard, and I like it a lot. Here is a breakdown. What I like:- Feel: both light and crisp. It it taller than non-mechanical keyboards, and this took a little adjustment but has not been bothersome since. My favorite compared to many previous keyboards.- Sound: distinct clicking that is not too loud. My preference in general is for quiet or silent, but this grows on me as I use it.- Battery life: lost count of days and haven’t had to recharge. No complaints here. What I don’t like, or like less:- Visibility: the key markings are not especially visible. Other things being equal I prefer to turn backlighting off, but with these I use it except in very bright light. The Satechi portable (non-mechanical) keyboard that I used previously seemed better in this regard, as does the portable keyboard from Logitech that I use away from home.- Markings: Numbers and symbols are shown side-by-side on the number keys, with no difference in size or prominence. I find it more helpful when secondary functions are less prominent.Overall: Despite niggling issues noted above, I find this keyboard pleasant to use and do not regret the purchase. If quarter-stars were allowed I’d perhaps rate it 4.75, but as things are I’m comfortable giving it 5 out of 5. Unless complete silence or good visibility without backlighting are highest priorities, I think this could be a good choice.

Really Great Keyboard
I've been using this keyboard for a couple of weeks now. I'm really enjoying it. It is very well built, connects to my Mac easily, and has a great typing experience. The brown switches have a really nice click feel and sound which is just about perfect. Highly recomemnded!

Highly recommend - but with nuances...
I seriously like this keyboard. I think it was very well thought out, designed, and built. I use it switching between an HP laptop (windows 11) and a 2019 Macbook Pro (Sequoia) with the touch of a single button. Flawless. The keys are 'clicky' but not 'slappy' if that makes any sense. I have no complaints about the battery life. Overall, I would buy this keyboard again, and recommend it to anyone. That said, and the reason(s) for 4 instead of 5 stars, are as follows:1.) Lower corner edge keys (Cntrl) could use a 'bumper' or raised 'notch' to keep from accidentally keying these with the sides of you hand. Satechi has done a wonderful job maximizing the available footprint of this device, but with those corner keys mildly exposed per se - you can easily find yourself pressing Cntrl + (who knows?) what. If you're aware of this then it's no big deal, but could be tweaked in future iterations.2.) Keystroke resistance. this device is great to work with however the actual resistance is a a shade to the light side (for my personal taste). There's great feedback from the keys etc. but I find it just a bit 'too' easy for my [optimal/desired] taste and prone to 'collateral keystrokes' if I'm not paying attention. Maybe it's just my sloppy hand positioning.3.) Key backlighting. The backlighting works great with no dark or areas that I've seen. While the whole 'light show' patterns available are nice - they're not exactly practical. I either want backlighting off, or on (yet dimmable - which this keyboard does). The whole scrolling though star wars light show patterns to get to my steady on mode does nothing for me.So the combination of those minor factors cost this review a star. Hope this review helps anyone considering a purchase. Again - I highly recommend this keyboard. Just know there's a few (potential) nuances you may or may not appreciate.

Sleek design and works great!
It is slim and sleek in design. I like the feel of the mechanical and tactile keyboard without it being too loud, and this is perfect! Feels good to type on and it was plug and play on my Windows 11 computer, turned it on and it connected right away. It is true that the backlights only stay on for about 30 seconds, however, if you connect it via wired, the backlights will stay on until you turn them off.

Difficult to use.
Keys are smaller than a regular sized keyboard so it takes some time to get used to. If you hit a wrong key somewhere it starts the annoying lightshow, then have to reset the keyboard. Biggest gripe is when you type, it oten skips letters and you have to go back and retype words. On a positive note, it is easy to set up.

Not enough contrast and not lit, key levels hard to see, not ergonomic designed
Update, couldn’t get product support for full lighting that the pictures show. Did not come with manual and online support says “refer to manual”. Keys far too light gray on gray to see. Layout is not that ergonomic. My other issue is the lift legs fall down and don’t add enough height. It’s unfortunate as I do like the quality of the keys and sound. I realized I still type better on my old clunky keyboard that I wanted to replace, and in the Mac built in one in spite of ergonomic strain. Couldn’t get used to the key height either. Also, the screen print button is unnecessary, far too easy to hit it, prefer quick keys.I like the feel of the keys. The spacing is okay. Still trying to get used to it. My main issue is the keys aren’t bright white on the space gray as the picture and it’s hard to see the keys. Not used to the height and may try to change out the key caps. Width the light was on more than 4 keys. The camera seems to add more light and contrast than in reality. The key labels aren’t bright white more gray, not white and not transparent
