Q: Will this contactor works with 3 phase 415v?

Yes it will. There are a total of 4 contacts rated for 100 amp at 500 volts maximum. It takes 120 VAC to operate the actuation coil.

Q: will this work with a grid 240/120 single phase 100 amp and a 30 amp 120 volt solar inverter for the back up?

There are a number of unknown details in the question.. but, yes. It would work Two of the poles would be for the 100 amp 240 volt. That leaves one pole for the 30 amp 120 volt. Supposing you want the contactor to close all three poles to engage the circuits. But wiring protection would be needed for the two different circuits

No. This contactor does't come with the steel DIN rail included. You would have to purchase that separately.
