Better to use the whole cheese and not use shredded cheese. This cheese is good but the amount should be be bigger. Melts incredibly and the texture cold or hot is grear.

Perfect for homemade pizza night!
This is my favorite mozzarella. It melts beautifully on pizza. The taste is great. When it goes on sale I buy a fee because it has a decent expiration date (at least two months out).
