A very good quality , substantial towel rail. Looks and feels far more expensive than it is!!

The item arrived quickly and was adequately packed. On opening the package the item was covered in a presentation black protector which gave the impression of a quality item. Wrong! The item is poorly made with a number of sharp edges and on placing on down on table you notice that something is not quite right with the product. I took the product to my workbench for further investigation as placing it in the intended location in the bathroom did not look correct and did not want to drill holes that were not suitable. On inspection the item was assembled out of true giving a parallelogram syndrome rather than a rectangle. Not only that but the folding shelf was not horizontal by at least 10 degrees backwards. There was no way you could adjust that as the retaining plates are misplaced. In addition the listing states the hooks are removable but this is not so, it should state that they are movable.In all the product sent is unfit for purpose and not listed correctly. The design principle are good but poor assembly at the manufacturer lets this product down badly. Basic engineering assembly quality is nonexistent and a simple engineering square clearly illustrates the problems. A simple assembly jig or fixture would be an asset to the manufacturer rather than send us useless junk and pretend it’s quality.Does nobody check their products these days, I suspect CoVid has caused this too!

It's great value for the price. Didn't come with instructions so no mention of drill hole diameter (which was all I was after to be fair) I opted for a 6mm bit in the end. Snug fit into plasterboard. Required a hammer to gently tap the plug in. Fixings are sturdy/robust so need to upgrade as someone else suggests.As others have mentioned, the metal screw caps could be improved as there appears to be no way to install them without denting them. I placed a piece of wood over them then gently tapped the wood with a hammer. Still dented them!All things considered, the finish is still pretty good. I'd recommend this towel shelf.

This look fab in my bathroom. It's neat, clean and clinical. I use bath sheets and bath towels, but I normally roll them up so you can get more on therack. There's only three of us in our family, so this rack is sufficient, but for larger families then I suggest buying the larger rack. The chrome is solid and it doesn't look cheap. Had many compliments from visitors!

The first thing I noticed is how light weigh the product is. The sellers claims it to be stainless steel, and I was expecting a heavy weight, robust rack, so this was surprising to me. The look of it is still very nice and stylish though. One minor thing is that one of the wall supports seems to be slightly bent and when I placed against the wall it made it a bit wonky so I had to straighten it a bit bending it with pliers. Overall quite happy about, we'll see how well it stands the the weight on it with the pass of time.

Not very impressed at all. Looks sturdy in pictures but when it arrived it was lightweight metal covered plastic hinge fitting for folding towel rail. The support brackets were scalloped out (ie not solid) would not buy again and certainly would not recommend it!! was over priced £29 ...probably cost £2.90 to make and the screws and wall plugs supplied not man enough to support the shelf in my opinion. Ended up sourcing my own screws, as for the folding towel rail .....its a right pain when your trying to mount the shelf on wall and screw it in. (Tip get some tape to stop it flopping on you until you have finished attaching the whole shelf to the wall.) That's if you buy it after reading this review!!

Useful hooks at the rear for cleaning cloth for bathroom hidden behind main towels. Also use 1 hook for hand towel which is then kept in view right at side nearest wash hand basin. Plenty of towel rail space to the front for towel with bath towel on 2nd rung.Had to use longer screws rather than those supplied as they were very short and not robust enough for such a useful rail when all rungs in use because of weight.

Looks well for the price, it’s good and sturdy, can’t complain.Been up for a couple of months and still looks well, no signs of any issues with it.Only slightly hard thing was the caps for the screws, but I tap with a rubber/ plastic hammer got them on, it does mean it has a nice tight fit for the caps, and at least they won’t fall off.
