These pans are amazing! Food slides right off with minimal oil. They have great heat distribution, too. I love their look and feel and the organizers are so nice, much better than nesting and stacking pans and makes it easy to get pans in and out of the cabinet. They are heavy duty and good quality, but not too heavy like cast iron pans. They are a nice happy medium weight. Handles are nice to hold and have a notch underneath to indicate where to hold it so you don't place your hand too close where it'll bee to hot. I definitely recommend this set, which is a complete set, too, having all the basic pot and pan sizes you'd need, with lids! Every pan has a lid, though a couple pans share the same lid. So, if you use those pans at the same time, one of them would not have a lid. I haven't run into that problem yet, though. Now I've only just received this set, so I have yet to comment on their longevity and durability over time, but with proper care, I feel like they will last. Lastly, because its nonstick coating is ceramic, I know it will be safer than other nonstick coated pans. This was an investment being pricier than a typical T-fal set or similar, but these feelings like they will last so much longer than all of the sets I've bought in the past. In that way I'll save in the long run. Worth it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted cookware that was toxin/chemical free so that I could cook safely. Plus, I loved the color choices and the ability to have both solid and clear lids, all of which are vented.Quality:I wish I knew about Caraway so much sooner. Our meals literally taste so much better! They are easy to clean and easy to use, and solid.

Not only are these beautiful, but so great to cook with and super easy to clean. I appreciate both the aesthetics and safe, non-toxic options for creating meals.

Nice quality cookware. I found that the sage outer paint is easily scratched, and there are some areas where they weren’t fully sprayed. They are heavy, so someone with hand/wrist problems will struggle a bit to pick them up. Easy cleanup. I love the color and style. I do wish that I didn’t have to buy the clear lids, after paying such an expensive price for the pans in the first place. Huge downfall is they do not have a phone number you can call for help, everything has to be done through email. Some of my pans were damaged in transit, but they took care of the issue after a bit of a wait.

I’m excited to actually start using my new cookware! Love the Sage color and heavy duty quality!!
